General Questions

Is your website secure?

  • Yes. The security of our website and the protection of your personal information is extremely important for us.
  • You can see a copy of our SSL Encryption Certificate simply by clicking on the padlock on the right side of your browser.
  • We have partnered with external security providers to manually audit our data for breaches.

Can I request of copy of my receipt?

You will receive an emailed receipt for your purchase after you submit your order.

Can I stop by and pick up products at one of your local distribution centers?

  • In order to keep our prices low, our distribution centers are not staffed for direct customer pick-up.

What other payment options?

  • Fehinti accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Will my personal details stay safe?

We keep your personal data private and confidential and only give it out with your consent or if legally permitted to. For further details, please see our Privacy Policy.

Your payments get processed through the secure myPOS or PayPal checkout gateway and no data is stored in our side.

When do I receive my order?

When placing the order, a day of shipment is indicated. After the order has been placed, the same delivery time will also be stated on the order confirmation. It is therefore never possible that during the order, the shipping day on the website, is different than on the order confirmation.

I now see the longer delivery time of (a part of) my order. how can i cancel it?

If the order has a longer delivery time than you had previously seen, it is of course possible to cancel (a part of) the order. For this you can contact our customer service. They will cancel the order for you. The purchase amount will be back on your bank account within two working days. When an order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for production.
  • Your order will ship FedEx Ground from Miami, FL. Please refer to the FedEx website to estimate your delivery days
